crom to victory

I'ts been a while since I've done a piece out of pure love, I was waking up at 7am to work on it before heading to the studio and running home after work to do as much as I could before having to draw commissions. I feel quite satisfied with it. I needed to do something for my self.

This piece is part of a set of 3. for glory and longday

I managed to take a quick screenshot of the project I was working on in the studio and what I have been working on the last month :) have a peek and try to see what is all about. I have to say Im enjoying it way too much, which in this case is a good thing.

on this animation Im making sure everything looks of the highest quality, but then again I say that on every animation and end up risking quality to hit deadlines and such(hope is not like that this time) I am on schedule so far.

Remembers

I wanted to share with everyone what I've been up to this year . I got commissioned for the second time to work on the project "Remembers", by the arts council england and with the talented New Yorker Kenny Baraka .

The show looks really promising so far and will be full with graphic novel illustrations

and a great performance by Mr.Baraka on stage.

dates and venues for the show are undisclosed at the moment but as soon as I get them confirmed I shall post them up.

(my maths teacher always said I could never make a living out of drawing "comic book stuff")

with all due respect to him wherever he is right now : "in your face!
